I started Professional Home Inspectors about 10 years ago. Almost all of our business comes through referrals and word of mouth, and it has been that way since the beginning.
We are based in the South Sound and cover the area from Olympia up through Everett. We know these homes well. The moisture issues, the older plumbing, the foundation quirks common to certain parts of the region.
We are WA State licensed and InterNACHI certified. We use thermal imaging cameras, drones, sewer scope cameras, and gas detectors on inspections that call for them. Your report goes out through Spectora the same day, with photos, plain descriptions, and everything organized so it is easy to read and share.
